To the property owner, at the address listed for sale. We match the right door on around 95% of addresses; where there's no number, a letter seeking property in the area is delivered within that postcode instead.
One honest limit: the listed address is the only one we hold, so if the owner lives elsewhere the letter reaches the property, not the person. It's often forwarded or picked up, but we won't pretend it's a direct line to every owner.
We confirm within one working day. If your districts are free you get the terms and a payment link, with 24 hours to secure them before they're offered to the next in line. Exclusivity starts the moment payment lands. Cancel any time on 30 days' notice.
